About me
I'm systems-focused and detail-oriented, but never at the expense of the people I work with or the customers I serve.
I think backwards from the experience we want to deliver, then build the operations to make it happen. When everything runs smoothly, people just experience great service, they shouldn't have to think about how.
Currently at Ascend, a travel-tech company delivering AI-powered 24/7 concierge service to clients including Google Ventures, Ramp, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
